Faja dos Padres

The new cable car at Faja dos Padres opened 2 weeks ago, replacing the old box style lift that took you down to the beach.
The cable car is open from 10am-6pm everyday. If you wish you can stay overnight in one of their properties on the beach.
A wide variety of fruit and vegetables are grown in there area, and there is also a restaurant serving home grown produce. 

The cost of the cable car return trip is 10 euros, and well worth a day on the beach and exploring this small part of nature.

    Looks fantastic and would love to have a trip down to the beach for the day. Not sure I would be able to persuade the OH to get in the cable car though :-( The sea looks great there for swimming. I expect it will be pretty busy in the summer months.
