Wind causing problems in Funchal, with one injured.

In these last few minutes the wind has caused a tree to fall near the market place and a metal structure with solar panels falling in the Old Town (Zona Velha) injuring one person.

I am happy to credit anyone's names for these photos, just email me.






Such a shame. The tree as it was outside the market.

    That's a real shame about the beuatiful tree as looked such a healthy one too :-( Very lucky more people not hurt - especially with the solar panels falling like that - could have been really serious as often such a budy area.
