Heavy Rain Destroys Desertas

Madeira had a lucky escape from the bad weather last Friday, the the Desertas Islands were hit hard.



Heavy rain fell on the Desertas Islands last Friday destroying the main walkway that tourists and visitors to the island use. More rain fell than the 20th February 2010, a date all on Madeira will never forget.
