Torrential rain

Madeira is having some pretty heavy rain at the moment,  and has already claimed one life.
A car accident on the motorway at Caniço has left a 21 year old dead and another seriously injured. The car hit the outside barrier and rolled over.  The  driver and passenger were rushed to hospital with one being pronounced dead on arrival.
