Three parishes in Funchal were today left without TV, phone & internet with NOS Madeira when 2 of their cables were damaged in the river of Santa Luzia.
The problem happened this morning while digging works in the river cut the cables, by afternoon 1 cable had been repaired and they were hoping the other to be fix before the end of day, to restore connections.
