Snow on the Peaks

The snow arrived during the night and has remained throughout the day today.
The road up to Pico do Areeiro was later closed as so many people were making their way up to see the white stuff.
 David Nobrega Sa got a great photo this morning before the road was closed.




 Not a good day in Santana today either for Festa dos Compadres, It was a bit oof a wash out but those there im sure enjoyed themselves despite the rain and cold.
