Property Sold?

The large derelict house in Barreirinha which most people will recognise, looks to be sold.

The property has a lot of history, and some of it not very good. It will be interesting to see what happens to it.

    Yes, going to watch this one with interest! Hefty price tag paid, so maybe some arab billionaire - wasn't there talk of an arab company investing in that whole sea front area some years ago? Nothing ever came of it, but I remember seeing some plans of the proposals.

    Looks very similar to the property that used to be used in the old Hammer House of Horrors programmes!

    It is supposed to be cursed Mats, and there was a murder there years and years ago. People say it will never be anything because of the curse. So we wait and watch.
