Enjoy a tour of Funchal on a Segway, a safe and easy way to get around the city.
Our guide is Jaime Ferreira, who gives all customers an
extensive 20 minute lesson in how to control the Segway, before a trip begins.
All tours with him are guided, and Segways from his company are not allowed out
without a guide, making it safe for riders and pedestrians.
You can hire these Segways at the ticket office of the
Madeira Story Center, or you send an
email to Jaimeferreira@netmadeira.com, who is the person in charge of the Segways and also the guide of the tour.
