Madeira under yellow alert...

Thursday 24th October 2013 Madeira will be under yellow alert. The south coast and mountainous regions plus the Island of Porto Santo will be on alert from 9am to 3pm, periods of heavy rain with some thunder is expected throughout the morning.

    Painters working up scaffolding on our apartment applying a nice coat of grey and dark grey have come down for fear of being blown off by the gusts of wind today.

      Very gusty this side as well Martin.The airport seems to be fine as everything plane has landed.
