Fire In Tunnel

A fire in the tunnel at Madelena do Mar yesterday was caused by a lorry catching fire.
The fire broke out at 10am yesterday morning in the tunnel which links Madelena do Mar to Arco Calheta, the tunnel was quickly closed and traffic diverted on to the old street of Madelena.
No one was hurt.
