Sa Supermarkets


The struggling Sa supermarket chain still have many of their stores open with empty shelves and staff standing round looking very bored. Lets hope this situation is resolved soon,  as we need more competition,  and the other 2 supermarket chains are very busy, making it a nightmare to do your shopping.

    Hi - what is the latest on Sa supermarkets. My local one in Garajau was similarly empty last time I was there early January and information is sparse. My Google search only brought up this link and an item in Portuguese suggesting that the flagship store in Sao Martino was being taken over by Continente (Modelo)
